We do not run a server that collects your photos, recordings, documents, location or profile. Content is stored in the app on your iPhone.
摘要、問答、抽取資料同知識搜尋用本機 AI 模型，模型下載一次之後全部喺你部 iPhone 運行；你嘅工作資料唔會傳去雲端 AI。轉錄用 Apple 系統語音框架（書面中文），文字辨識用 Apple Vision。AI 結果可能有錯，發出前請核對。
Summaries, Q&A, extraction and knowledge search use on-device AI models. After a one-time model download they run entirely on your iPhone; your work is not sent to a cloud AI. Transcription uses Apple’s system speech framework (written Chinese) and text recognition uses Apple Vision. AI output can be wrong; check it before sending.
每次錄音前 App 會提醒你先取得所有被錄音人士同意。未經同意錄音，喺部分地區可能違法。
Before every recording, the app reminds you to get permission from everyone being recorded. Recording without consent may be illegal where you are.
相預設只存喺 App 內。只有你喺匯出／分享時揀「存去相簿」先會寫入系統相簿。
Photos stay in WorkSnap unless you choose Save to Photos when exporting or sharing.
位置係可選，用嚟喺水印同紀錄顯示地點，可以揀精準、大約、只顯示地址或關閉。反向地理編碼用 Apple 系統服務。
Location is optional and used for watermarks and records. You can choose precise, approximate, address only, or off. Reverse geocoding uses Apple system services.
資料儲存喺你部 iPhone；如果你開咗 iCloud 備份，就會備份到你自己嘅 iCloud，我哋睇唔到。
Data is saved on your iPhone. If iCloud Backup is on, it is backed up to your own iCloud, which we can’t access.
只有你主動用 Bridge 傳檔，檔案先會經 Cloudflare 暫存。連結 5 分鐘後失效，每個檔案最多下載 2 次，檔案會喺約 30 分鐘內自動刪除。
Files pass through temporary Cloudflare storage only when you choose to send them with Bridge. The link expires after 5 minutes, each file can be downloaded up to 2 times, and files are deleted automatically within about 30 minutes.
其他網絡用途：核對可信時間（讀公開網站 HTTP Date）、反向地理編碼、下載 AI 模型，同 App Store 購買。
Other network use: trusted-time checks (public HTTP Date), reverse geocoding, AI model download, and App Store purchases.
